1 hour every day starting at 6:00am ET.  Other time zones are welcome to register as a recording will be available after.  We also offer a watch party at 6am Pacific Time showing the replay.

  • How do I receive the recordings?
    After each day, a copy of the recording will be emailed to you. You can watch the recordings as many times as you like! The recordings will expire after 7 days.
  • Do I need to be on camera at 6am?
    All cameras are off! Be comfortable with wherever you are, however you look. We start off writing out our goals and expressing gratitude so have a notebook and pen if you'd like to participate.
  • Who attends the Morning Study Club Calls?
    These calls are for clients in most of Hina's Amplify You programs and take place Monday - Friday from 6 - 7am Eastern time (except integration weeks). We are providing YOU, an opportunity to watch what our clients listen to daily.
  • What if I cannot attend all 3 days?
    That's perfectly fine! Attend on 1, 2 or all 3 days. You will receive a recording after for anything you missed.
