Vendor spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
Once approved, payment is non-refundable.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including any additional equipment or decorations beyond the provided table and space.
The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or logistics as necessary.
Vendor lunch is different from the High Tea Experience guests will receive so vendors can eat at their booths while attendees shop.

Will there be any food?
Vendors receive a separate lunch from the High Tea Experience to allow for the booths to be shopped during the lunch hour.
Where do I park?
We have secured a special rate for our guests to park at the Ritz-Carlton. You may also elect to park in neighbouring public parking lots, take public transportation, or use a service like Uber.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the facility is accessible, ensuring everyone can comfortably attend. If you have any special requirements, please contact the event organizer.
How much time will the guests spend in the vendor area?
The guests will arrive in the vendor area 60 minutes before the event begins, during lunch, during breaks, and at the end of the day for 1 hour.

Should you wish to immerse yourself fully in the luxury experience, we recommend booking your accommodations with the Ritz-Carlton. You can reserve your room by contacting the Ritz directly at 416-585-2500 and informing them of your attendance at our event.
Why do you charge in US dollars?
Hina Khan Worldwide is based out of Toronto, Ontario and operates on a global scale. The US dollar allows us to be well-equipped to handle widely recognized currency.

Demographics include entrepreneurs, CEO's management and leaders. 95% attendees are from the Greater Toronto Area. 5% are from various cities in Ontario, provinces throughout Ontario and some are travelling from the USA. 95% of attendees are female, 5% male.
